I've started drawing a map of the connections, but haven't given any
indication of relative strengths. 
There are *Places* where we find Gnucash users and *Types* of help that
are given.

We need to acknowledge the mismatch. So far we have been trying to move
users towards the help, but we may need to move the help closer to the
users.
