Invoices/Receipts and PayPal fees

Thanks Geert.

There might be some problems because of getting the name exactly right. 
With company names that's not so much a biggie, but with hundreds of 
names who might at one time say, "Mrs A M Andrews" and another "Mrs 
Andrews" it might not work :(    But I'll give it a go!
