Jason, I looked around a bit online and couldn't find out why I am not paying 
for this direct download feature, so I called the bank.  It turns out that 
it's a "feature" that was part of my account when I initially set it up and 
since I've continue with direct deposit for my regular paycheck, I continue to 
qualify for this feature for free.  Maybe you can call and find out more about 
your situation.  -A
