Helo Gnucash People,

Suppose one is using gnucash to run accounts of a baby school.
Customers are invoiced using Gnucash for monetary payments. Parents
are also supposed to submit Maize, Beans, Sugar and Rice, and this is
done separately.

When running A/R, GC does give me the monetary balances very well in
the format below:

Company	Current	0-30 days	31-60 days	61-90 days	91+ days	Total
Victor Juma	Ksh0.00	Ksh0.00	Ksh2,100.00	Ksh0.00	Ksh2,100.00	Ksh4,200.00

Some thought here:
is there a way non-cash A/R can be incorporated into GC so that it can
show all at once, something like:

Company	Current	0-30 days	31-60 days	61-90 days	91+ days	Total
Victor Juma	Ksh0.00	Ksh0.00	Ksh2,100.00	Ksh0.00	Ksh2,100.00	Ksh4,200.00
Maize 10Kg Beans 4Kg Sugar 4Kg Rice 2Kg

This would eliminate the double accounting ie for monetary and non-monetary.

Regards,

Chachi
