Sort transactions by date within a day

What's the problem? The time (hh:mm:ss) is only to choose the order and to
provide an approximate time.

When I said "the field above" I was referring your n.1 item. When I said
"this field" I was referring to your n.2 item.

So, in my answer, I say: With the first field of the transaction (date)
that is already visible we do not need be able to read the hidden field
that exists in GnuCash that stores the date time on which the transaction
was created.
