QFX Import showing all transactions as deposits

I have been using QC for a while now.  Today I downloaded a qfx transaction
file and imported it.  All the entries show up at deposits, not a single
debit in the list.  I have another file from the same bank but a different
checking account that comes down perfectly.  Any ideas?

I tried csv but keep getting an error that there may be missing columns.
