Date Error on Reports

I had Today go wrong recently too, see

At the moment my Today is correct.

For comparison what is your
OS Win 8.1
TZ GMT/UTC (it was BST at the time of my report)
GnuCash version 2.6.9
My system's clock is correct.

anything else you or anyone else may think relevant.
