Managed fund - advanced portfolio wrong basis

I have a managed fund that has 5000 units and current value of $10k (I have
had this managed fund for over one year and updated gnc as I went along)

In the advanced portfolio, the unit of 5000 is showing up as the basis
whereas it should be the value of $9500.

The shares column and the basis column is the same = 5000.

I am starting to think this is a bug sneaked up a few versions earlier as I
think back from memory it used to be correct.

gnc 2.6.12 on os x.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
