Hi,

Please remember to CC the gnucash-user list on all replies using your
mailer's reply-to-list or reply-all functionality.  This way other
people can both see your reply and add additional inputs.

Unfortunately it is necessary.  GnuCash caches the scheme files at
load-time so if you change it you must restart gnucash to reload the
scheme files.
