Using invoices before posting

Not sure which invoice layout you are using, but the 'Tax invoice' 
(which you can set as the default in Edit->Preferences->Business) has 
'Invoice in progress...' where the invoice date (ie post date) and due 
date would otherwise go.  The invoice number is still shown (and the job 
number/name if you use this).
