Keyboard shortcuts

Hi everyone,

I just started using GnuCash. It's important for me to use the keyboard as
much as possible because the mouse hurts my hands. I see that GnuCash is
mostly keyboard-operable, but here are a couple of things I can't figure
out how to do with the keyboard:

 - Switch between open tabs.
 - Collapse a tree of accounts that has been expanded.

Does anyone happen to know how to do any of these two things?
