Change to mortgage P&I caused by extra payment

The P/I/PMT functions don't take into account overpayments at all.
There is no "Balance-As-Of-Date" function which would be required to
auto-compute the actual P/I split for a particular payment, and if there
were such a function, there's no UI to tie it properly into the account.

What I do is just ignore the GnuCash P/I split and manually adjust it
when I get my monthly bill.
