All Scheduled Transactions Disappear

Yes, I think that the foo_back tables are unchanged since they were created, and I think that the safest thing to do would be to drop foo and rename foo_back to foo, then re-enter everything since December 10th. It's just over two weeks work so it shouldn't be too onerous.

Once that's done I don't think that there's any reason to keep the dead bodies around.
