Disable auto-fill

I know that the auto completion does some odd things, but normally we can
find a work-around by modifying the sequence of keystrokes we use.

What you are describing, however, sounds like a serious flaw, unlike
anything I have seen as a long-term user.

Please try to describe your situation in more detail.   Include the version
number of GnuCash, the OS of your computer, whether it happens in all
accounts, and details to reproduce the issue.
