Bug in GnuCash Find Behavior?

(Trying again.)

Is there something wrong with GnuCash Find or am I missing something? Here's
what I see.

I'm running GnuCash on Windows 10. I'm working with a GnuCash data file that
came from a QIF import. The QIF import corresponds to a Quicken account that
was called "XYZ Savings". Many of the transactions from the original Quicken
account had no categories so GnuCash import sets up the transfer account as
"Unspecified". The result is that, when I got to the register for account
"XYZ Savings" which was created by the import, I see lots of transactions
where the target account is "Unspecified". So far so good.

What puzzles me is the behavior of GnuCash Find. If I start from the
register of account "XYZ Savings" and use the dialog to say 'Find <Account>
<Matches Any Account> <"Unspecified">' I get no hits. The resultant Find
list is empty. Shouldn't the find list show all the transactions where the
transfer was between "XYZ Savings" and "Unspecified"?

This smells like a bug to me but I'm not sure.
