Invoicing Woes

Hi John,

I just tried with a build from last week (around the release of 2.6.13) and can't reproduce 
this behavior. After I have changed the invoice number, I can find it with the new number 
and not with the old/wrong one.

I'm running on Fedora linux though so perhaps it's an issue only on OS X.
