When you import the transactions you have an opportunity to set these
things to be related.
I'm not sure whether aqbanking is providing a qif or an ofx file. They
have different importers, and different ways of sorting out problems.

Import the smallest amount you can at once, and save after each import,
because this makes the "training" of the importers easier.

I suspect it may be easier to start a second Gnucash account, regard
the first one as training for yourself, and start again with no
previous imports like this
