Calculation prinicpal and interest in loan calculator

Sorry to reply to my own post but I just noticed that the division between
principal and interest in Gnucash does not add up to the full payment
amount.

The monthly payment is 273.13 which the loan calculator divides into a
principal of 194.93 and an interest of 78.19. The latter should be 78.20.
