Please help with invoice printing urgently

Sorry If Im sending repeated emails but just working the process out.

Im now subscribed.

So far nothing Ive done including making sure Ive a default browser, 
changing the default browser, removing adblocker which I thought might be a 
problem including extensions has worked.

Tried exporting a PDF and that’s blank as well however I can read a basic 
HTML version if the invoice if I simply just export it.

Any further ideas from anyone??

Hi Donald,

As you are on Windows, the first thing I would try is to set a different
default browser in Windows (and optionally set it back to your preferred
browser as well).

There seems to be a bug on Windows that causes reports to be blank when
no default browser is set.

to follow:
