Installing Finance::Quote

I need help Installing the Online Price Retrieval in GnuCash. I have
completed the first two steps outlined in the GnuCash concepts guide for
Installing Finance::Quote, but I can't figure out how to do this:

Run Install Online Price Retrieval in the GnuCash “Start” menu entry.
