Currency definition fpr account missing

Since GC 2.6.16 I am running into Hajo's issue here as well on my Win10 box
(German version).

Separately there are the following issues since 2.6.16 potentially connected
to the one Hajo raised:

- In the account view amounts are not formatted any more (x.xxx,00 EUR -
German delimiters)
- Same in the b/s and PnL view, where a EUR/EUR FXR conversion rate of 1 was
required (for the very first time). Without the FXR the totals were zero
which would suggest that the logic to determine the totals was changed with
G 2.6.16.
