Linux Subsystem for Windows: GnuCash seems to work

For those curious, the true name is "GNU/kWindows" (per [1]).

Unfortunatelly, "Linux Subsystem for Windows" --- although used by
Microsoft --- doesn't reflect the name of th true component it tries to
provide.
