Invoice problems

Dear Mr. Atkins,
Thank you so much for your help.  All the problems listed are now solved.  But in the process of experimenting I now have duplicate invoices in my accounts receivable.  How do I get rid of the extra copy?
Thanks again.  After a 5 day wait I was beginning to think no one would no one would help.

Did you refresh the invoice report after adjusting the stylesheet?
Are you sure you're using your stylesheet in the report?

Did you apply the terms to the invoice?  If you didn't select it then it
wont show up.

How did you add it to the "income account list"?  There might be a
refresh bug where the list isn't updated if you added it outside the
invoice register.

You don't.  That's hard-coded into that invoice report.  You could try
one of the other invoice reports.
