Import by Description?

Out of curiosity for when I tackle a similar project, can the account be specified by editing the OFX file?
If so, I should think it trivial to script (or just use sed/awk) setting the specified account based on what the Description/Payee line contains. This would accomplish setting many transactions to the proper account automatically.
