Thanks Victor,
That would work. I copy and paste information to Excel often as a work
around to get the information I need. You have an income account for each
item sold. I don't have but 4 items for a school: inscription fee, tuition,
academic materials and a diagnostic test. I set it up a little differently
but the information is there.
