[GNC] Invoice date field starts too narrow

Also make sure they're on the end of the email after all text including signatures. The list server eats inline attachments.

GnuCash is supposed to remember things like column widths so that you need set them only once. Is that not working for the Invoice date column--or perhaps any invoice columns?
