[GNC] Custom reports don't survive upgrade to v3

Hi Macho
There were API changes between 2.x and 3.x, and there'll be further ones
from 3.x and 4.x
Perhaps you'd be kind to post your custom .scm files on bugzilla, and the
stack traces?
