[GNC] Export & Import Account tree for a new file

Hi Anita.

File -> Export -> Export Accounts

enter new filename and directory location etc.

hit save As at the bottom of the dialogue box.

then file -> Open   and choose the file you just created.

Works for me using GC 3.5 on openSuSE linux.
