[GNC] Find Vendor Window bug?

Using GnuCash 3.7 on Ubuntu 18.  Having a problem with the 'Find Vendor"
Window.

When we bring up this windows (Business>Vendor>Find Vendor) I am not able
to view the second line of the search criteria.

I see the Add button clearly.  Below that, all of the Type of Search fields
are all fully visible.  but the line in the window that  has Company Name,
Matches regex, etc, is not really visible.
In fact, in that  small section of the window, there's a very tiny scroll
bar. It's like that height of that line has been resized to about a quarter
of the height of a line.
The height for that line seems fixed.  I can resize the entire window, it
does not impact the visible height of that one line.
Bug?  Something in my OS?  Suggestions?
