[GNC] Edit number of recently opened books

Hmm, I don't have access to an Apple computer, so the command I proposed was based on one 
I found in the FAQ.

I know which gsettings key it refers to (org.gnucash.history/maxfiles), but I may have the exact 
command invocation to set it wrong.

Perhaps it needs quotes around the number ?

And perhaps the MacOS build of gnucash has another way of handling the history file list? I 
didn't see anything to that effect in the code though.
