I have created https://bugs.gnucash.org/show_bug.cgi?id=797799 to serve as a hook to hang the tool tips feature request on. To avoid confusion, I did not mention changing the menu entry or changes to the Help manual or FAQ's, which would be separate tasks anyway. -- David Carlson
