[GNC] Finance::Quote and TMX.pm

Sure, if you'd like to test it I would be happy to send it to you, not sure
how but I guess I could just attach it to an email to you?
I tried making a copy of TMX.pm and naming it TSX.pm but it still didn't
show up as an available option in GnuCash... maybe I did something wrong?
