[GNC] On the loading screen, it gets stuck on "Unable to load Finance::Quote."

As I told Murugan, that’s not the problem, whatever is hanging GnuCash is after the Finance::Quote check. If you don’t need online quotes you can go ahead and abort the perl and F::Q install.
