[GNC] Claims file is locked; stalls when I delete lck file

Can you supply a bit more information?
Which operating system?

Apart from that, you said you had just installed 5.10.
What were you using before that?

Did you have any concerns about that version?

Lastly, have you updated your computer or anything else you can recall?
