Hi Nancy,
It seems to be a cloud based system which includes a cloud based
management console - did they create an Opentext account for you to
logging and self manage it ? if so you could try logging an and flagging
Gnucash or the particular dll as safe ?
Did you have Avast and Windows Defender running previously - if you disable
Endpoint Protection you will probably want to re-enable one of those to
give yourself some protection. See Fred B's reply as well.
