[GNC] Crash saving expense voucher configuration

I am setting up a new install of 5.16 from flatpak and encountered a 
problem saving configurations . I had set up invoice, donation and 
statements print configurations (using the "save configuration as" 
button that places the configuration in "saved reports". I did the same 
for an expense voucher and the program crashed losing all of my saved 
report configurations (I recovered them from a back-up). This may have 
occurred because I used a 2022 Gnucash file where I new I had done some 
vouchers.

I thought I would bring this up in case someone else has had a 
problem... or someone has an explanation for why it happened.
