[GNC] ANNOUNCE: GnuCash 5.15 Released

Actually it was much simpler and so simple I did not recognize. The problem
was the final Next window to complete the operation was not visible. I found
that my clicking on Setup icon showed a tiny rectangular window in the lower
left hand corner. When I click the tiny rectangular window, I get options. I
selected Restore and was able to see the Next window to complete the
install. Then selected Finish to close the window. I then opened Gnucash and
selected pin to taskbar. 

As far as the data files, I selected File > Save As and that allows me to
see what folder I used for the data files.  

Thanks for the answer.  In this case, I probably did not need to uninstall
Gnucash or Delete Gnucash folder under  "Program Files(x86)"
I did neither uninstall or delete folder  for the second computer Gnucash
update.

It's likely the known Windows install problem that impacts some systems.

As Adrien Monteleone wrote in reply to a similar message,

The solution is to:

1. Uninstall Gnucash

2. Delete the Gnucash folder in your "Program Files(x86)" directory (usually
on C:\)

3. Re-install Gnucash"
