Gnucash file suffix question.

Good catch !

.gnucash/books keeps track of which tabs/windows are open for each 
gnucash session. It matches on filename first to find the proper 
session. So if you rename your datafile, you should also rename the 
associated session file in .gnucash/books. Which you figured out by 
yourself.
